Resubscribed but couldnt open edition.

Called but rep cut me off. Called again got someone who referred me back to credit card company.

Finally canceled subscription and got a refund,

I called up up about having a life insurance policy through the star ledger about 30 years ago someone told me they would call back in a couple of days and that was a week ago. I only need that kind of information Mary lou Snyder 133 Waldo Ave., Bloomfield, NJ.

Looked for NJ news from an objective news source. Unfortunately, this is not it.

For NJ news, Ill read the NJ Globe. For objective national or international news, I subscribe to Tangle.

Very frustrating system. I don't give cc info on phone from unsolicited callers.

I then attempted to call the billing dept to speak to someone. Then redirected to "passed customer" phone number which I thought was inappropriate.

Bottom line, needed to fo it all on the website a d have questions answered by chatting. Frustrating experience.

More than 4 times paper did not get delivered. When I call there is always an excuse and that they will credit me.

I don't want credit I want the paper delivered. Sundays paper was delivered today on a Monday afternoon.

Could not sign in online. I had difficulties at first with customer service, but after I got to the right person---Resolved

No paper on Sunday. Can't reach Customer Service on Sunday because it's past the time.

Called at 8:15am Monday morning to request a replacement paper, but they told me NO, they can't do that. No wonder print newspaper are dying.

I keep paying every month and something happens every couple months to where I cant get this E edition. Nobody answers an email and I keep getting a downloading error saying you dont have access rights to this publications E 24. No way to resolve this without talking to somebody.

Paper is left by the sidewalk. Needs to be put closer to my front door. Don't always get the paper,someone takes it.

first you cancel saturdayt delivery still charge the same price on subscription, then you have the nerve to increase my subscription to 75.00 what a bunch of crap. how the heck do you think this policy will help keep customers

Paper delivered yesterday. The first delivery in the past 3 weeks.

However, no delivery today. I have a disability and would want papers delivered to the front door. I cannot get out to the curb to pick up newspaper. In the past, papers are tossed at the curb or lawn.

Making pickup dangerous for me.

I was having trouble setting up home delivery online, because the site would not recognize my new address (in the same complex where I had been receiving home delivery). When I called customer service, all the rep could do was direct me back to the website.

Aggravating, with no resolution. I finally ordered a different paper.

During snow storm paper was not in driveway but in snow pile. That was the reason for my call.

So no more snow but paper still on lawn , short of driveway? This is a car route not a bike route?

Last week I complained about timing of delivery. Timing of delivery has much improved since then. Thank you very much.
